We specialize in cleaning out and organizing hoarder/clutter homes and offices. We can work with the individual homeowner, renter, family, doctors, social services, attorneys, courts, guardians and landlords, to get the home straightened out. We write up a clean-up plan with the people involved and give an estimate of what the cost and time it will take to complete the job. We do not just come in and start throwing things away; we have a systematic approach and plan to retrieve, sort through, box and catalog items of value and get rid of the unwanted belongings. We can charge by the job or on an hourly basis, depending on your exact circumstances. We do have a sliding fee scale for seniors on a fixed income. For others we can negotiate our rates on a case by case basis, according to your individual needs and financial circumstances. We will not turn anyone down for our help.

Our Services Range from Minor Level # 1. Cleaning clutter, sorting and packaging to Major Level # 4. Disaster, blood born pathogens clean up and elimination, Toxic spills, Meth Labs and drug house remediation, Natural or unnatural Decontamination clean up protocols, Animal and Human waste, Insect Infestation and any other potentially dangerous and deadly environments.

The investment you make depends on the level of service you require.
A level # 4. is the highest level requiring us to wear Type # 2. Full Body Protective outfits and breathing respirators to protect us from existing and emerging new viruses.

Our estimates for general cleaning and organization are free and you are under no obligation to have our company do the work. You will however, find that our pricing is almost half the cost of what other companies are charging for this type of service.
